Government of Uttar Pradesh: Host State for Electronica India & Productronica India 2026

At the Electronica India & Productronica India 2026, the Government of Uttar Pradesh formally launched the Uttar Pradesh Electronics Component Manufacturing Policy, 2025, marking a significant step towards strengthening the state’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

On the occasion, Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) entailing proposed investments of INR 5,000 crore were exchanged under the state’s Electronics Policy, reinforcing investor confidence and commitment towards Uttar Pradesh.

Additionally, an MoU was signed with the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) with the objective of addressing the existing skilling gap by undertaking structured training and capacity-building initiatives, thereby enhancing the availability of a skilled workforce in the state.
