Encouraging innovation ecosystem

Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
  • Vision to create world-class infrastructure in the form of CoEs to promote research, innovation and entrepreneurship
  • 50% of the total CoE project cost up to a maximum of INR 10 Cr
R&D Centers
  • The State Government will support recognized standalone or in-house R&D and Design Centers
  • Reimbursement of 50%** of the eligible R&D expenditure up to a maximum of INR 5 Cr

Infrastructure Augmentation

IT/ITES Mega Units
  • Special incentives on a case-to-case basis for large IT/ ITeS projects that qualify capital investment or employment creation requirement.
  • Incentives in the form of CAPEX, OPEX subsidy, etc.
IT Parks
  • Financial assistance towards development of IT park
  • Support of 25% of CAPEX up to a maximum of INR 20 Cr
  • Preferential land allotment on a fast-track basis
IT City
  • State-of-the-art infrastructure to promote 'walk to work' culture with residential and commercial complexes
